          Kforce Director Re-insurance FP/A - MBA or CPA preferred in New York New York United States

          Kforce is seeking a Director Re-insurance FP/A for a New York, NY client.

          Responsibilities:
          * Assist the overall coordination of internal management reporting relating to re-insurance initiatives and analysis including the collection and quality control of data received worldwide
          * Perform proactive business analysis to support financial statements based on the data
          * Play a key role in coordinating quarterly internal management reporting and improved analysis for P/C Re-insurance and Business reporting
          * Oversee the analysis of actual results against projections
          * Ensure accurate reporting of financial results, variance analysis, and forecast adjustments for Re-insurance Product Divisions
          * Support day to day aspects of the planning and analysis and budgeting processes for the Global Reinsurance Group and P/C Global Services FP/A Group
          * Develop Re-insurance related financial summaries; analysis of business unit results and initiate enhancements and quality improvements to ensure the process provides the Senior Management Team with analysis to better understand the key financial and business metrics
          * Manage the analysis of expense reporting, trend analysis, unit cost reporting, cost allocations and the development of standard and ad hoc reporting
