This is a full-time position located in New York City, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire and develop new publisher accounts • Manage existing publisher accounts as needed, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns with excellent customer service to further DashBid Media’s strategic initiatives • Educate publisher prospects on the DashBid Media value proposition • Become the go-to internal expert on your publishers and their video inventory • Collaborate closely with the Demand/Ad Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to help drive the business’ overall goals • Proactively monitor publisher performance to identify, communicate and resolve issues internally or externally • Perform basic troubleshooting using proprietary and non-proprietary tools for publishers experiencing performance issues

What you will need:

• BA/BS required • 3-5 years prior experience interacting with partners and managing accounts, preferably in the AdTech space • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem; programmatic, video or private marketplace experience a plus • Ability to learn and effectively speak to all aspects of DashBid’s business • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills and a willingness to take risks • Ability to work across teams in a collaborative and transparent manner • High level comfort escalating and presenting key deal issues to senior management • Track record of excellent external communication and presentation skills • Ability to autonomously manage tasks and deadlines
