As a key member of the global HR team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for executing all recruiting activities within the recruitment life cycle including, but not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding, reporting and applicant tracking and client relationship management. This is a critical position that requires partnering with business unit hiring managers, HR Generalists and other HR colleagues

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the overall sourcing, identification and recruitment of qualified candidates that match with the company’s strategic and operational business needs within the region. He/she will develop knowledge of customer groups to determine hiring goals and objectives. He/she will proactively lead recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner to identify a world-class diverse talent to drive business results

Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client department. Provide coaching and counsel to hiring manages and HR business partners on hiring trends and recruiting processes and serves as a trusted business advisor to clients by delivering a value added, consultative recruitment service


In this role you would be expected to:

  • Execute and align the recruitment processes for a variety of levels ranging from temporary staffing to executive placement

  • Influence business unit leaders and company executives with recruiting expertise and strong business acumen

  • Demonstrate focus and discipline in delivering the staffing process to ensure process and delivery excellence

  • Ensure that all selection decisions are made in accordance with company policies

  • Support recruitment processes including applicant tracking, requisition creation and job postings, pre-employment processes and reporting while managing multiple recruitment projects on a timely basis and within budget

  • Follow through on all resumes and applications to ensure proper correspondence is sent to applicants

  • Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers as well as proper candidate qualification decisions are made

  • Develop and implement key recruitment strategies for internal and external candidate identification

  • Lead executive search activities including direct recruitment of senior level executives

  • Manage key business partner relationships to effectively deliver most optimal staffing solutions

  • Proactively pipeline, recruit, and retain world-class diverse talent to drive business results

  • Oversee interview and applicant screening process to ensure consistency at all levels and across all businesses

  • Ensure that all selection decisions are made in accordance with company needs and policies

  • Advise management as needed on proactively managing their current and future recruitment needs

  • Assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs while managing client expectations appropriately

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR Managers in developing job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of the job responsibilities and position requirements

  • Acts as the primary contact with candidates throughout the process to provide a positive candidate experience

  • Identifies candidate identification innovation opportunities that will enhance the ability to attract qualified and diverse candidates

Experience, skills and professional attributes:

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years overall experience 5+ years experience in full life-cycle recruitment and staffing with a demonstrated ability to drive business results and execute business strategies

  • Knowledge of Employment laws, theories and practices acquired through progressive employment experience

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas of talent identification and attraction, strategic sourcing, assessment and selection

  • Strong project management and facilitation skills; experience managing multiple projects, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability and meeting deliverables in a timely manner

  • Consultative and collaborative style with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence all levels of staff and management

  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner

  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, lead by influence, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities

  • Global perspective and sensitivity to international recruiting practices as well as culturally aware and able to operate effectively across multiple geographic boundaries
