Marketing Leader, Customer & Product Marketing
The marketing team is charged with the development and execution of marketing plans to support the Australia & New Zealand Division in achieving its business objectives.
This role is to lead the Issuer & Product marketing team, whose specific purpose is to:
develop and execute marketing solutions focused on supporting our issuers business objectives and those of MasterCard
partner with product teams in the development of new products and the revitalization of existing products
Analyze customers' cardholder portfolios and leverage marketing expertise to create consumer segment-driven opportunities that will drive MasterCard revenue while also providing the best solutions to create long-term customer value.
Develop all forms of B2B communications and sales enablement activities, online and off, including sales pitches and product collateral
Lead marketing contribution to all new business pitches including development of core consumer value proposition strategies
Lead results-oriented and accountable team of two direct reports
Participate in and sometimes lead multi-disciplinary work teams (Account managers, Expert sales, Advisors, Market Development, Consumer marketing, etc.) focused on leveraging MasterCards assets to solve key business challenges - e.g., consumer insights that suggest business opportunities through marketing programs and product launches.
All About You
Experience in developing integrated programs including digital, social media and mobile marketing platforms
Analytical thinker who has ability to understand and translate data and research insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to influence marketing dialogue to develop differentiated messaging based upon input from and collaboration with multiple sources including internal subject matter experts and external consulting resources.
External & internal stakeholder relationship management skills, including strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Advanced oral & written presentation skills must be PowerPoint proficient
