Responsiblefor meeting divisional sales objectives for the private & public sectormarketplace.
Responsiblefor recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for vacant sales positions.
Manage theactivities for division & field sales personnel.
Responsiblefor implementation of Sanofi Pasteur sales policy & procedures.
Coach and counseldivision Vaccine Specialists to utilize product and technical knowledge in theselling process.
Responsible for VaccineSpecialists competency development within the division.
* BasicQualifications: *
Minimum Bachelor Degreerequired.
5 years’ experience in outside (B2B)sales.
A valid driver's license is requiredalong with a record of safe driving.
Previous management experience preferred
