The Talent Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert by providing project management and analytical support to Talent, diversity and HR leaders on the effective use of talent analytics and metrics. This program manager will help drive the expanded use of talent analytics to inform HR and senior leaders on the depth and breadth of senior talent bench across the firm.

The successful candidate will effectively blend the ability to create HCM visions and strategies with the drive and experience to lead projects and produce analyses that address business needs. Partner with HR colleagues to improve understanding of the data to drive data-driven decision-making for talent and diversity strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert for change requests impacting HR analytics systems and data.


Program/Project Management

  • Manage talent projects, creating and implementing timelines for project deliverables. Assign and follow-up on tasks, manage sponsor/customer expectations


  • Creates and maintains standard and ad hoc reports/analytics to support talent management and diversity reporting

  • Consults with talent team and various stakeholders to determine report requirements, design layout and format, identify and extract data, test and validate data, and implement including ongoing support.

  • Ensures that a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) process is applied to all reports prior to distribution to the business.

  • Identifies existing and future business challenges, collects and interprets data and develops predictive models to form hypotheses and present recommendations.

  • Retrieves and consolidates quantitative data from multiple sources; validates and updates data; and develops reports, dashboards and predictive models of the data.

Data Integrity

  • Ensures data integrity by routinely auditing the data in Workday, identifying discrepancies, partnering with HR data & reporting team to correct data and ensure compliance with established procedures.

  • Supports talent data governance efforts to include standardization of data definitions, calculations, and processes and ensures ongoing conformance to standards.

  • Develops, maintains, communicates and ensures compliance of established procedures.

  • Acts as the point of contact for compliance reporting as well as periodic internal audit or information security inquiries.


  • Identifies new opportunities to evaluate and visualize data through the utilization of new technologies and share best practices across the enterprise. Researches industry best practices and benchmarks.

  • Provides comprehensive talent and diversity reporting and analytics to support firm-wide reporting for senior leadership meetings.



  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and management

  • Two plus years of experience within a Talent Management function

  • Knowledge of program/project management practices and tools

  • Report writing experience within Workday; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

  • Prior experience with HR data and HR tools/applications

  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to facilitate large/small groups in an effective manner

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with project management methodology

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to analyze complex issues, develop logical conclusions and make appropriate recommendations

  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills (oral and written)


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field OR 4 years of related work experience with reporting/metrics and/or predictive analytics

  • Two to six years of related work experience with reporting/metrics, and/or predictive analytics

  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to create formulas, macros, charts, graphs, and pivot tables

  • Proficient with other Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
