Account Manager France
The Sales team is an integral catalyst for the continued success of France by driving revenue growth and implementing products and services with key customers in France. The Sales team is leading MasterCards overall commercial relationship with key customers.
The Account Manager is the primary contact for a key customer and is responsible for orchestrating MasterCard overall relationship and driving MC business with the customer, this includes:
Understand the customer business strategy, identify key needs and opportunities for MC and design MC strategic and tactical agenda based on this
Develop strong relationships between MasterCard and the customer across all operational functions (fraud, marketing, operations, acquiring, debit and business analysis) and understand its organizational politics.
Actively drive the customer P&L and drive initiatives to enhance MC customer profitability by capturing all revenue opportunities through the selling of MasterCards products and services and growing portfolio share
Lead client in new product innovations, including identification and implementing incremental product features and benefits while collaborating closely with internal partners (e.g., Product teams).
Leverage all MasterCard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.
Accountable for the implementation of Divisional and Country strategy with the customer and Responsible for all administrative and operational issues for the account including staff management and development, planning and budget/expense management.
Contribute to the general business development of MasterCard in France
All About You
Extensive Sales and Key Account Management skills and experience
Outstanding influencing, negotiation and communication skills with senior management
Self-starter and able to work autonomously (home office)
Experience in driving business case development in support of revenue opportunities:
Demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring and emerging technologies
Demonstrate proven ability to develop and successfully implement, quantifiable business plans.
Results driven leadership traits and a track record of initiating new approaches to doing business and driving their implementation to deliver tangible business outcomes
Good knowledge of the French payments markets and new payment innovations
Bachelor Degree or sales experience within a Blue Chip organization essential.
Fluent in French and English
