We are looking for a successful Account Manager with strong sales and prospecting capabilities for a major Banking account in France.

The incumbent will promote Mastercard in order to develop business opportunities with this Bank understanding very clearly the business needs from our client.

Our targeted profile is: expert in customer strategy capable of translating client€™s needs into business opportunities, dynamic and enthusiast, passionate by innovations, interested in the payment system arena, resilient, capable of interacting with operational people as well as with Top Executives at the Client, capable of working in a matrix organization, having strong communication skills, working hard to obtain quick and medium term results, a leader with humble and listening abilities.

Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of a Senior Business Leader, be responsible for all account management and business development activities for a major bank in France with significant acquiring activity with Mastercard.

Understand the customer business strategies & organization and design and execute tactical plans to penetrate the account with innovative projects and propositions to develop Mastercard cards portfolio on segments or with a full migration of the cards portfolio.

Develop strong relationships between Mastercard and the customer across all operational functions and understand its organizational politics to propose and implement a relationship plan.

Implement business solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.

Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable the customer to achieve their business goals and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors.

Leverage all Mastercard assets (Marketing, new acquired companies) in order to generate new projects interaction, generate quick additional business and enhance client€™s intimacy.

Experience

Bachelor or Master degree

Account management skills and/or sales experience

Proven ability to develop and successfully implement, quantifiable business plans

Capable of handling complex financial models

Payment industry experience and good knowledge of the French payments markets

Multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. marketing, acquiring, issuing and emerging technologies

Fluent in French and English.
