Site/Deputy Program Manager -- Pensacola, FL
The Site/DPM must have relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
The Site/DPM will have eleven or more years of project management experience.
The Site/DPM will have experience working with project management methodology such as Catalyst including budget development, project planning, control.and assurance.methodologies , project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices.
The Site/DPM will have experience working with delivery assurance policies, procedures and principles to ensure compliance.
The Site/DPM will have experience working with key financial indicators of the program and organization.
The Site/DPM will have experience working enterprise products, services finances, and strategies and business forces acting on the enterprise (e.g., customers, suppliers , competitors,regulators, and stockholders).
The DPM will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the contract in the absence of the PM.
The DPM will be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and will be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours.
The Site Manager will direct the organization and performance of certain functional areas and the activities of senior supervisors.
The Site Manager will oversee. business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
The Site Manager will direct business functions including, approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
The Site Manager will establish and implement short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers with reasonable schedules and budgets.
The Site Manager will establish and communicate goals and objectives, define methodologies, tasks and activities, and clearly describe roles and responsibilities for performance to personnel.
The Site Manager will communicate broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.
The Site Manager will possess strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and developing and applying solutions.
The Site Manager will possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
The Site Manager will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The Site Manager will possess strong leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
The Site Manager will possess strong communication skills.
The Site Manager will possess strong negotiation skills.
The Site Manager will have personal computer and business solutions software skills.
The Site Manager will possess a strong ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
The Site Manager will be able to deal with ambiguity and change.
The Site Manager will be willing to travel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field preferred.
