As a Customer Account Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals. In addition, you support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates. The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
Assist CAM in setting and achieving daily revenue and renewal goals.
Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
Document all customer appointments and update customer information in the store computer system
Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM
Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
Other tasks as assigned by management
Safely operates company vehicle
Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
Maintain updated customer information
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Other tasks as assigned by management
2 years of retail/customer service experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Proven sales experience and ability to engage customers and use appropriate negotiation techniques
Excellent professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Skilled in balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening and background check
Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Excellent telephone etiquetteMaintain a professional appearance
