Installation Manager - Southwest at ITW
Responsible for direct management of installation service business including multiple Lead Install technicians. Personally responsible for the selling of installations in the territory. Extensive involvement with the Foodservice and Food Retail selling organizations to promote the sale of Hobart, Vulcan and FEG products. Develop and maintain close customer relations with all customer types to promote installations and equipment sales. Accountable for meeting installation revenue growth, profitability, and expense targets along with return on management investment and corporate asset management objectives. Responsible for annual service revenue between $1.0MM & $3MM.
Responsible for driving the overall performance of the installation territory in response to customer needs, thereby insuring their satisfaction with installed Hobart, Vulcan and other FEG products and promoting future products and services.
Drive installation business growth and profitability.
Build permanent relationships with key customers including end users, dealers and sales reps to insure their satisfaction with installed Hobart, Vulcan and other FEG products and promote future products and services.
Build working relationships with territory Foodservice and Food Retail sales representatives to ensure the total needs of the customer are being met.
Manage and schedule install teams
Manage, set up and update subcontractor agreements
Develop and maintain relationships with local branch operations
Develop annual budget and operating plan for assigned geography.
Establish systems and procedures to deal with local installation priorities
Operates within budgets and MBO’s as approved by Director of Installations
Selects, trains and manages all personnel
Administers personnel policies and programs within assigned geography.
Equivalent to some college-level training in business administration/marketing with strong customer relations skills and a financial acumen.
2 – 3 years experience within the Food Retail, Foodservice and/or Service industries.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
PC proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
