This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Manage incoming and outgoing equipment for Phoenix Central Services.• Ensure accurate receiving of acquired equipment and quantities.• Ensure proper compliance with asset management tool procedures.• Regularly interface with I.T. Finance to report purchase order receiving and discrepancies.• Utilize, maintain, and efficiently operate Field Services' CIMS parts/equipment database.• Organize, administer, and properly stock equipment according to PCS standards.• Accurately complete one-for-one item exchanges with customers.• Interface with equipment and supplies vendors as needed.Qualifications: • 1-2 years' experience with Safeway I.T. • 1-2 years' experience interfacing with I.T. Field Services.• 1-2 years post high school education. • 1-2 years' experience with retail store systems, technology systems, and industry-standard hardware.• Understanding of Safeway I.T. equipment standards, makes, models and applicable roles.• Experience with IT equipment handling, and knowledge of ESD.• Working knowledge of BMC Remedy Asset Management software or comparable management tool.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills.• Excellent organizational skills.• Working knowledge of database utilization.• Ability to lift 50 lbs.• Valid Driver's License - job offers are contingent upon a successful completion of a pre-employment screening process, which includes a motor vehicle record check.How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume by visiting Diversity is fundamental at Albertsons-Safeway.
