Your tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role, U.S. Corporate Real Estate Manager are to:
•Steer US Real Estate projects within multinational and Inter disciplinary teams; •Initiate, execute and close Real Estate projects; •Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOI), leases and Purchase and Sales Agreements (PSA) alongside external service providers; •Set-up and manage internal and external project teams and align project requirements and develop approval packages for Steering Committees; •Coordinate and manage service providers in the course of real estate projects (brokers and attorneys); •Present or Support the local Project lead on Real Estate presentations to Senior Management for final approval before implementation; •Steer Real Estate projects (e.g. transaction, construction, workplace projects) within multinational and interdisciplinary teams; •Coordinate and manage service providers in the course of real estate projects (e.g. workplace consultants, brokers and attorneys); •Steer strategic initiatives in the area of Facility Management, office workplace concepts and construction projects.

•BA/BS in engineering, economics, law or real estate with 8+ years of experience or an MA/MBA with 4+ years of experience; •Strong communications skills with the ability to build trustful and effective working relationships with internal and external business partners; •Leadership skills and the ability to deal effectively with senior management; •Strong interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills; •Excellent understanding of financial and legal matters in real estate; •Passionate, stress-resistant professional achieving high quality standards; •Strategic thinking and independent working individual with structured and target oriented approach; •Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint and Fluent in English; •Ability to travel up to 50%.
