The primary purpose and function of this job will be to support and review all stages of both US and Non US, mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and Income. This includes, but is not limited to, data collection, validation, notification, Client and custodian election, allocation including tax and cost.
Qualifications:BS/BA or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience. BS/BA preferred. 2-3 years of Corporate Actions experience.Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, deadline driven in a high-risk environment. Client facing position requiring excellent problem solving skills, along with both strong written and oral communication. Experience proof reading the work of others and training associates is required. Functional proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). An in-depth understanding of the systems utilized by the group is preferred.
