  • Manage Tririga Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) application upgrades and enhancement/break-fix development.

  • Approve scope of work for upgrades and enhancements.

  • Approve enhancement and configuration designs; approve changes to integration with CRE Data Warehouse and other AAM/Transamerica applications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and enhance Tririga’s efficiency and performance; coordinate these efforts with technical resources.

  • Actively monitor and manage development activities for both Tririga and CRE Data Warehouse.

  • Evaluate and recommend compliance measures in Tririga and related integrations; work cooperatively with Real Estate Accounting in assessing effectiveness of compliance and internal controls.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and consulting resources and establish team priorities.

  • Manage ongoing maintenance and support for the CRE Data Warehouse.

  • Assist with the development and provide oversight for ongoing data warehouse maintenance.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support for Tririga application.

  • Provide secondary and tertiary support for CRE business unit.

  • Act as a liaison to AGT Customer Service Center; provide training for new Tririga functionality.

  • Research data and application issues, both independently and in cooperation with Tririga technical support.

  • Create basic Tririga queries and reports.

  • Research issues with BIRT and SSRS report data; research data and support reports for the CRE Data Warehouse.

  • Assist with periodic Tririga application, CRE Data Warehouse and Sharepoint entitlement reviews.

  • Manage CRE technology budgets.

  • Review and contribute to consultant proposals and contracts. Review and verify invoices related to those contracts.

  • Manage annual Tririga license reconciliation.

  • Support vendor relationships along with IWMS and CRE Data Warehouse contracts.

  • Act as primary contact for Tririga vendors and contractors.

  • Support expense reporting and analysis for Corporate Real Estate business unit.

  • Create monthly budget reporting from FAR queries (or similar reporting tool). Report and collaborate on CRE, Tririga, CRE Data Warehouse and ISMS budgets.

  • Notify Real Estate Accounting of expense adjustments or reclassification entries.

  • Support Tririga and business unit SharePoint.

  • Act as SharePoint owner for two CRE owned SharePoint. Administer SharePoint security and perform periodic entitlement reviews.

  • Management Tririga communication.

  • Manage and approve Tririga communication published through Transamerica and Aegon Global SharePoints (TransCentral)

  • Manage and approve Tririga e-mail notifications published to support upgrades and planned/unplanned outages.

  • Manage scheduled, recurring meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.

  • Confirms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction and all safety rules.

  • Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA IWMS application.

  • Mature Leadership Skills – this role will serve as the Transamerica business advocate and Program Manager for Tririga, an enterprise IWMS, and the Corporate Real Estate Data Warehouse and will need to provide direction to ensure these systems remain aligned with Transamerica’s strategic priorities and goals. This individual will also be responsible for oversight to provide efficient and effective customer service framework for all Transamerica and AAM customers.

  • Significant experience managing and supporting software applications – this role will be required to have broad experience with software application management or administration. Candidate must have knowledge of data base integrity and how to approach data mining and analysis as it applies to application issues management/resolution. The candidate must also have experience managing software upgrades, updating/changing integrations, managing enhancement development (configuration) and providing guidance on application defect research and resolution. This may require flexibility in all aspects of requirements gathering, requirements and use case documentation, technical requirements documentation, application test planning and test script development as well as knowledge of deployment protocol (SDLC).

  • Project Management Skills – candidate will have knowledge and training in professional project management methodology and is able to apply project management framework as defined by Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • Strong Accounting or Financial Analysis Skills – Tririga supports multiple financial operations which require knowledge of internal controls, financial transactions and the ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis of data issues in the application or reporting. Specific knowledge of real estate transactions is desired.

  • Knowledge of CAD fundamentals as it applies to architectural drawings.
