Position Description:

CGI seeks a seasoned Executive Account Manager to manage, grow and expand our local commercial business with one of our key Portland based customers. The Executive Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the account, including executive relationships, meeting growth targets, P/L’s, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. The successful candidate will have business development and implementation experience and will be responsible for raising and solidifying CGI’s corporate profile.

This position is best suited for the person who thrives on new challenges and has the senior level skills required in a business and technology leadership role. S/he must have the ability to set and implement business strategy and draw the necessary linkages between client's needs and offerings. Must have experience in deal design and creating bids for solutions. Some travel is required.

Account Management Responsibilities:

• Delivery

– Accountable for the delivery of all services within the account

– Develop strong delivery team with focus on quality

– Overall contract management

– Address and manage escalated issues

– Provide required reports and updates on a timely basis

– Participate in delivery reviews and health checks as required

• Customer Satisfaction

– Align at the CxO level with regularly scheduled updates and planning sessions

– Orchestrate annual senior-level account meetings for CGI executives to meet with client

– Ensure required customer satisfactions surveys are competed

– Achieve and maintain expected satisfaction scores

• Employee Satisfaction

– Create a team culture focused on high quality services and customer satisfaction

– Ensure that all employee related activities, outreach, reviews are performed on a timely basis.

– Ensure required number of employee satisfaction surveys are completed

– Achieve and maintain expected satisfaction scores.

• Account Financial Management

– Meet or exceed the annual and quarterly revenues budgeted

– Forecast future revenues on a monthly basis

– Meet or exceed the Annual Bookings Target

– Develop and maintain the annual account plan

– Conduct major opportunity reviews as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Background:

• At least 10 years of experience managing and growing profitable accounts of significant scale ($8M+ in annual revenues)

• Experience in IT services

• Experience in an Account Management/Business Development role requiring C level relationship and visioning

• Proven track record building ROI resulting in executed projects

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a complex reporting structure

• Comfortable and conversant in technology

• Capable of developing internal talent

• Ability to delegate effectively and guide the team to success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering IT outsourcing services

• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, where change and growth are constant

• Exceptional professional, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Outstanding client service skills; ability to identify needs and opportunities and respond effectively in a timely manner; ability to develop relationships that are lasting and mutually beneficial.
