Business Leader, Product Management
Overview\n\nThe Business Leader Market Support will have accountability for:\nProactively managing relationship with all the different Product /Sales regional teams, as preferred point of contact. In this role the incumbent will be the primary point of contact for all Consumer credit strategy issues.\n This person will be accountable for a best in class execution strategy alignment and implementation\nIn this role he will provide feedback on current support needs while making sure that all possible synergies on new developments are leveraged. \nThis person will be key in setting up a group of best practices that facilitate the sales and product support efforts. \nThe coordination of global/key regional Consumer Credit support and the subsequent implementation is another angle of this position.\nManaging internal planning/budgeting process and communications\n\nRole\n\nIdentifies needs and opportunities in each of the geographies through constant interaction and key stakeholder management. Leverages the existing team capabilities and coordinates the required support for those market needs/opportunities.\nMaintains high standard of satisfaction on the support that Consumer Credit Global team provides to the International Market regions\nOwnership of the global/Regional Strategy coordination\nGuarantees the clear understanding in each of the regions of the Global / Key regional Strategic alignment implications in the BAU activities of the different regions \nAddresses and solves any issues related to alignment with Product Plans and strategies from other stakeholders (ESS, Marketing, etc)\nRegularly update various stakeholders on vision, strategy and progress\nCoordinate consensus across the Product Management organization (Prepaid, Debit, Credit and Commercial) around cross-functional projects\nActively engages with product managers to set roadmaps, align priorities and monitor progress with overall Program Roadmap\nOwns the planning/budgeting cycles\nManages the internal communications for Consumer Credit\nAll About You\n\nExcellent communication skills. Ability to interact with Senior Management and manage by influence.\nSignificant previous experience in managerial positions in multicultural environments\nUnderstanding of Consumer Credit Business management\nUnderstanding of competitive offerings and industry trends\nStrong analytical skills, ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure \nProven ability to influence change, build consensus and drive vision\nStrong business and financial acumen\nExcellent written and verbal skill set\nProven track record working with multiple teams (Development, Product Support,etc) to deliver solution to multiple stakeholders (Clients, Sales or Consulting)\nHighly detailed and process oriented
