Project Integrator

Job Description Summary:

The Sponsor is seeking a Project Integrator to make a difference, liaison with multiple service providers across the sponsor’s organization, and help improve application performance and availability across the enterprise.

This individual will assist in monitoring application operations for sponsor’s mission application projects. This position will liaison with other service providers and the Enterprise IT center to communicate situational awareness and provide transparency of sponsor’s projects across the enterprise. The resource will be responsible for evaluating project health by analyzing deployment activities, monitoring incidents and SPOT reports; providing quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards; assisting in the development of enterprise operational business rules, policies and procedures; providing subject matter expertise for operations support and sponsors service management tool; developing, analyzing and reporting programmatic and performance metrics; briefing status and situational awareness to senior leaders. This person is expected to work well both independently and as part of a team.

In addition, the PI will be responsible for providing daily morning and afternoon operational reports, and gathering, analyzing & composing technical information to provide a total systems perspective. This person will use their technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components for a system.

The individual will:

• Assist in providing operations situational awareness through continuous improvement of business and engineering processes and associated corporate reporting;

• Correlate and analyze technical data to understand performance and identify improvement opportunities;

• Provide both process and technical recommendations to address opportunities and facilitate the implementation;

• Package and communicate analysis for broad organizational use to include maintaining web content management site;

• Coordinate, support and participate in program meetings, reviews and governance boards;

• Gather, analyze and compose technical information;

• Support the development of all types of documents.

Job Description:

  1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with IT Service Management.

  2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience analyzing processes and leading change process improvements.

  3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading, facilitating, and documenting management and technical boards.
