Junior Account Manager Non-Traditional, Government and Corporate Customers
Overview\n\nMasterCard in Italy has grown strongly in the past years and this trend is expected to continue also thanks to the strong brand and the overall business strategy. Today the Italian market is one of the most important for MasterCard in Europe in terms of size and regular growth.\nMasterCard is recruiting a Junior Account Manager Non-Traditional, Government and Corporate Customers that will work with the team to develop account management activities with Non-Traditional Customers (mainly co-branding partners and Non-banks issuing entities), to do Business development activities with the Public Administration, and make use of all the relationships acquired to develop the MasterCard business in general.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWork closely with the Account Leader, colleagues from other departments (locally and internationally) and customers to maintain and develop the MasterCard business\nIdentify opportunities to leverage MasterCard specific products and platforms to grow both the customers and MasterCard's revenues\nProvide strategic customer solutions and achieve mutual goals through leveraging cross functional project teams, systems and processes in order to prioritize and proactively deal with customer requirements\nDevelop sales plan for the customers and obtain support and agreement of line management, account management, product delivery and product development departments\nProvide market intelligence to line management and other teams on competition, product performance and propose enhancements to help position and sell products\n\n\nExperience\n\nMaster's level degree or equivalent \nExperience in management consulting preferred\nStrong at developing business relationships with people at junior/senior levels and bringing in results\nCapable of managing projects with cross-functional teams and of managing multiple tasks and deadlines \nExperience in retail payments and/or financial services industry. Knowledge of digital payments is desirable\nFluent in English. Other European language is a plus
