Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Intern (1444) at ITW
Position at Commercial Construction North America
The Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Intern for ITW Commercial Construction North America that will work with and lead a cross-functional team in process improvement activities. The intern will help map out the process, collect data, and, from this data, make recommendations for improvement or change.

Work with operation teams to map process flows on specific areas of manufacturing including the following:
Create a process flow maps
Identify areas to improve efficiencies
Evaluate capacity of current equipment
Improve scheduling processes to level load equipment and personnel to meet customer demand
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Basic CAD modeling ad experience with SolidWorks a plus
Good Communication skills both written and verbal
Must be Hands-on
