Volt has partnered with Southern California's top energy company to help fill their current need for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 1 year contract role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our supplemental workers as well as providing various project support for the internal Supplemental Workforce Program Office.

Position Responsibilities:

Initial Engagement- First point of contact for supplemental workforce program needs and inquiries. Manage the general inbox. Develop relationships with the hiring managers to provide knowledge and guidance regarding program processes, policies and guidelines. Explain the program processes and next steps.

On-Boarding- Provide process support for Hiring Managers to assist the managers through the supplemental worker onboarding process utilizing a workflow tool as well as a manual based process. Facilitate a smooth and timely on-boarding of supplemental workers by clearly outlining the requirements and process of on-boarding and responding to the manager's questions in a timely fashion

Extension Requests/Break In Service Requests - Provide process support for the Hiring Managers to assist managers through supplemental worker extension and break in service requests through a manual process. Manage, track and report the exceptions utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Compliance- Responsible for ensuring managers are knowledge and abide by the Supplemental Workforce program policies and requirements. Monitor program activities and mitigate compliance issues.

Relationship Building/Issue Resolution- Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers by acting as their main point of contact for any questions they may have related to the program, including general program or system support issues. Escalate issues when appropriate.

Excel Tracking/Reporting - Utilize Excel as main method of tracking all program related activities and reporting. Responsible for developing tracking worksheets and basic reports through Excel tools. Manage the SharePoint site and Shared Outlook mailbox
