This position sits within our Product and Rewards Sourcing Team who are responsible for the provision of redemption strategies and redemption offers that drive consumer engagement and behavior on behalf of our customers.
Ther Product Sourcing team executes redemption strategy, design, sourcing, fulfillment, platform development, customer experience and communications with redemption offers.
In this role your responsibility will be :
Ongoing management and engagement with vendors, retailers and merchants across the homewares, kitchenware and personal goods category to ensure the continued development of redemption services portfolio, identify gaps and deliver existing services to meet the redemption objectives of our customers.
Negotiate key local vendor relationships to maximize margin, marketing relationships and first to have deals.
Conduct tactical promotional sourcing to fulfill product promotions across category portfolio to meet customer/organization wide requirements, maximizing supplier opportunities and driving redemption strategy.
Work across internal verticals and customers to develop and execute redemption strategy that meets program revenue, engagement and customer activation goals.
Manage redemption partners to delivery of SLAs.
All About You
Experienced in wholesale/retail buying and sourcing - homewares and kitchenware would be beneficial.
Experienced in negotiation and contracting.
Skilled in reporting, presenting and sales analysis.
Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis.
Capability to manipulate data (drive redemption strategy and forecasting).
Passionate about customer service and customer value proposition.
Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Superior presentation skills.
Experience in wholesale/retail buying within homewares, kitchen and personal brands industry (dealing with major / well known brands only).
