oDeliver enhancements to Pinpoint€™s world class Loyalty Platform to allow loyalty programs to be rolled out within country by regional implementation teams

oBuild a simple and intuitive platform for internal systems + customer facing channels that is simple and delightful to use

Job Description

oWork with BAs and Scrum teams to deliver a simple and intuitive User Experience for both internal web based systems and customer facing loyalty websites across the APAC region and beyond

oAs UX support, you will be responsible for defining wireframes/prototypes to illustrate the UX vision as defined in consultation with the UX Lead but will be prepared to prioritise features based on the tight timeframes of the project

oYou will work closely with multiple business units within the company to understand business needs and processes in order to define an optimal User Experience for internal systems and customer facing websites

Design simple and intuitive solutions to complex UX problems

Work with Business Analysts to understand the needs of the business and user groups in order to define a simple and intuitive UX using Wireframes and descriptions.

Conduct white board wireframe sessions with key stakeholders to illustrate / validate concepts before completing higher fidelity wireframes / prototypes

Work with Product Owner, Scrum team to ensure the solution is developed according to the UX guidelines

Assist our organization to implement UX Research methods to validate UX across multiple phases within the project

Help champion the role of UX within the organization

All About You

Essential knowledge, skills and experience

oUX/UI experience in Digital channels

oUnderstanding of design and UX/UI trends & innovations coupled with detailed understanding of usability principles

oExpert knowledge in design tools such as Axure, InVision, Sketch etc and responsive design experience

oExperience working within an Agile scrum environment

oExperience managing multiple projects across multiple scrum teams, often with conflicting timeframes requiring prioritization and communication to all stakeholders

oExcellent teamwork skills, including the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships across a diverse range of teams / regions

Desirable or additional capabilities

oExperience producing mockups / designs to complement wireframes and design implementation using CSS and HTML5

oExperience with UX Research techniques including user research, workshop facilitation, prototyping and usability testing

oExperience working with Enterprise CMS solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager
