Position Description:

The Configuration Manager will oversee the deployment and management of a CMDB for our customer, Administrative Office of the US Courts.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Oversee the deployment and management of a CMDB

-Coordinating with other process and functional area: Change Management, Asset Management, Service Desk, etc

-Managing the relationship process and manually building relationships in the CMDB

-Managing the on boarding and integration of other tool sets

-Ensuring data accuracy and normalization of data

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Must have at least 7-10 years experience

-Experience with Configuration Management, Change Management, Asset Management

-Experience with Auto - discovery of CIs and populating the database Discovery

-Experience with BMC AND BMC Discovery

-Due to this government contract, US Citizenship is required.

-Must be able to pass a CGI background check

-Must be able to obtain a government security clearance/investigation to start employment
