Job Summary: Montecito Bank and Trust is seeking highly motivated Treasury Management Advisor. The Treasury Management Advisor is a sales-oriented position requiring that the candidate become the expert and product manager for a variety of cash management products and services that Montecito Bank and Trust has to offer. Incumbent will work independently make business development calls as well as joint calls with the Enterprise Sales Team, Community Lending or other bank personnel. Position requires the ability to maximize sales and profitability of all cash management products while providing a World Class Experience that builds solutions-oriented relationships with new and existing clients.The Treasury Management Advisorandrsquo;s Responsibilities will Primarily Include:Manage referrals for all cash management products including but not limited to, Non Profit clients, Business Banker, Remote Capture, Merchant ProcessingResponsible for sourcing and development of prospect and potential clients and securing business banking service and product sales.Performs business development callsServes as a trusted treasury management advisor to clients and Bank personnelManages sales, delivery and servicing of cash management products and services.Solicit new business through communication with existing customers and prospectsCreate and manage profitability reports on all cash management productsManage various projects relating to cash management productsTracks and documents all sales activity in Bank-provided CRM system.Cultivates relationships with centers of influence such as CPAandrsquo;s, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate brokers and insurance agents. Education and Experience:Associateandrsquo;s Degree preferred or commensurate banking experienceMinimum fours year experience in branch or back office branch operationsSales experience in Banking requiredThe ability to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR), under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE ACT), and maintain the registration as required.
