Kelly Services Inside Sales coordinator in Santa Clara, California

Job Description- Process a bulk sales orders with using excel daily and send acknowledgements- Coordinate with Materials to ensure on time delivery and inventory status- Shipment arrangement- Open order report status- Create quotations- Provide RMA (return material authorization) service- Response to customer's email for phone requests- Consult with engineering group for technical questions- Coordinate with accounting group for all accounting related matters such as credit memos and credit card charges etc.- Maintain a pleasant relationship with customers and ensure their overall satisfaction Miscellaneous tasks- Chase after credit or debit notes to customer- Using aging report, enforce customer to pay in a timely manner- RMA service (manage the procurement, processing, and delivery of RMA items)- FedEx drop off service of packages- Packing the boxes that need to ship from our office- Creating the AWB and documents for boxes that need to ship from our office- Deliver receipts to customer for purchases- Create reports for management when requested upon- Provide drawings to customers- Work with Ritsnet on IT issues and requested updates/fixes- Respond to customer inquiries- Request certificates of compliance when requested- Request FAI when needed- Requesting expedites through email for urgent orders- Prepare packing list every date to Nippon Express- Prepare packing and CI in for drop ship from factory and international shipmentRequirementsQualifications- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a can-do attitude- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and a team player- Attention to detail and accuracy of processing sales orders- Experience in buyer position to deal with suppliers with chemical delivery commodities- supplier is big plus- Experience with AMAT Supply Chain on-line procedures- Familiar with XPC, SNG, POCOLLAB, GMOX, PTN, TEA, etc. in order to process AMAT PORequirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service in a high tech company. Capital equipment or wafer tool process company is a big plus.- Experience in excel for entering (sales) orders- ERP experience.
