The Alexa skills marketing team is looking for an experienced consumer marketing manager to help increase awareness of and engagement with published Alexa skills through innovative engagement campaigns. The consumer marketing manager for Alexa skills will be responsible for building, and executing marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, with a specific focus on acquiring skills customers. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will create an acquisition marketing plan in partnership with the product and marketing teams. Engagement campaigns will be based on insights and analysis of the customer base, audience profile, and key learnings from other successful marketing campaigns. A crucial component of the role will be managing and optimizing engagement campaigns based on results to increase effectiveness and performance. Your Responsibilities: * Design, build, and execute engagement retention campaigns * Manage and communicate process and prioritization model for engagement campaigns using customer data and segmentation insights * Execute and manage content calendar for all skills engagement campaigns * Manage internal and external design stakeholders to create engagement campaigns content including audio, video, photo, and social * Effectively integrate Alexa skills campaigns into channels across Amazon and Alexa * Optimize campaign efforts through testing and refinement based on customer data to meet business needs * Own campaign execution end to end * Run data analysis to better understand the customer, identify the customer lifecycle, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.
