Job DescriptionThe Global Talent Management (GTM) team at Amazon owns multiple global programs dedicated to ensuring our people are well-positioned to meet our broader organizational goals. Amazon's Global Talent Management team is looking for an influential, results-driven Senior Program Manager. In this new role on our fast-growing team, you will apply your strong program management skills to drive enhancements, innovations and ongoing management of Amazon's performance management processes. This requires strong editorial skills and attention to detail. Likewise, the sensitive nature of the data requires impeccable judgment and professionalism. As a true change agent, the person in this role will also need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and a continuous process improvement mentality. The right person is able to identify quantifiable quality/efficiency gains and partner with the right teams to drive them. The right candidate also has experience with end-to-end project management, driving measurable results from inception through completion. Strong planning and prioritization skills are a must, as shown through a track record of achieving the right results in a fast-paced environment. We expect a high degree of ownership and customer obsession throughout the project management cycle. Responsibilities to be successful in this role: Execute complex projects across multiple organizations to enable enhancement and ongoing management of a company-wide process. Work with business leaders on change adoption while meeting their individual business needs. Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Remain flexible to changing priorities and creatively solve for project threats to ensure deadlines are achieved. Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to key stakeholders and senior management.
