Additives International, a Division of ITW, manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemical products for the automotive aftermarket. One of our units, Wynn´s Belgium, is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to grow our German business. Wynn´s Belgium includes a manufacturing facility in Sint-Niklaas and commercial presence across Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our business in Germany (region Nordrhein Westfalen), identifying sales opportunities and promoting and selling the company´s wide range of products, such as oil and fuel additives.
Identify and attract new customers (key accounts and their affiliates)
Maintain and grow our current customer base. Key account management, building long term and profitable relationships with customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
Ensure technical support to the customers to help to grow sales
Identify new sales opportunities and suitable projects to grow the business
Give technical trainings to the automotive trade
REPORT ON SALES ACTIVITY
Regular reporting on sales figures, sales analysis and sales progress in the area of responsibility
Contribute input on sales forecasting
Prepare sales activity presentations when required
Share success stories within the team
INTER DEPARTAMENTAL COOPERATION
Provide input to develop new products to satisfy customers demands
Prepare sales proposals together with marketing
Provide updated market and competitor information of the assigned territories
At least 3 years Sales experience
Travelling extensively across the country
Feeling with the automotive aftermarket is a plus
Language skills: German – English is a plus
