Reporting to the Field Manager in Residential Care Services (RCS) Division you'll form strong relationships with other community members and your team. This is a great career step for learning more about the responsibility for the licensing and oversight of adult family homes, boarding homes, nursing facilities, certified residential programs and enhanced services facilities. A regular day consists of going out to the assigned facilities as teams or individually to inspect, observe, evaluate, survey, investigate complaints and/or interview residents in licensed nursing homes. You will complete written reports, data entry, and track assigned work. This will include traveling in a broad geographical area for the designated region, which may include overnight stays.

What we are looking for:
Someone who can communicate well with management, peers, clients, and the public, and who has a Master of Nursing/Master of Science in Nursing and two years of RN experience. OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing and three years of RN experience. OR Associate Degree in Nursing/Diploma Nurse and five years of RN experience.
