Security Polygrapher

Security polygraphers will support customer the in conducting polygraph examinations on a worldwide basis in support of the customer security clearance adjudication process and Department of Defense operational missions. Will also be responsible for conducting examinations to detect and deter espionage, sabotage, or other acts against the federal government, unauthorized release of classified materials, unauthorized foreign travel or contacts, and unlawful representation of a foreign government. Frequent travel will be required to multiple customer sites to administer polygraph examinations in accordance with federal standards for civilian, military and contractor personnel, the analysis of polygraph charts and the conduct of in-depth extended polygraph testing and post-test interviews. Conduct personnel security interviews as directed and will provide command briefings on the polygraph method. Write concise reports on each examination administered.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen holding active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application and agree to undergo polygraph examination as deemed necessary

  • Possess a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a polygrapher working within the Intelligence Community

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite is desired

  • Experience writing and executing high level reports is beneficial

  • Good communication skills in order to interact with various levels of government customers

  • Good Analysis skills to gauge customer needs

  • Ability to analyze technical and business needs of the customer

  • Good decision making and problem solving skills to determine and recommend the best solution to meet customer needs

  • Attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple tasks


  • BA/BS degree from an accredited four year college.
