Our Supply Chain Department is looking to add Customer Care Specialists to their team! Summary: Answers incoming calls and e-mails and performs triage of inquiries. Duties and Responsibilities: • Respond to telephone and/or internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources. • Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities • Track inquiries, questions and answers and provide resolution. • Develop and maintain tools to assure timely and accurate communication from The Resource Group to Participants and Vendors. • Monitors and resolves RNI, INR and Match Exceptions. • Engages with the Non-Acute Team and McKesson Direct. • Manages Iron Mountain, Mission Process and is the administrator for the Recall Process • Engages customers on a regular basis to ensure good service. Maintain the necessary professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors. • Identifies process improvements and drives implementation through supervisor • May be required to provide cross-functional support for other clinical areas as necessary Qualifications: Minimum Education Required :

Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) at date of hire

Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree

Minimum Related Years of Experience ( per minimum education ) Required:

Required: 3-5 years of experience working in a client support role in a call center environment with a preference for candidates who have a strong Supply Chain support experience Job: Supply Chain
