Lead, Coach and/or Guide actions and resources to ensure the optimization of Sanofi Manufacturing System and Lean performance within Americas Region (US/Canada/Mexico/Argentina)
Lead and Influence the Industrial performance organization at Americas Level.
Initiate and implement defined programs (lean workshops and breakthrough workshops) as well as continuous improvement actions plans.
Ensure the dissemination of competencies regarding methods, Lean and Project Management.
Lead and coordinate performance projects and programs at Americas regional level in concert with ongoing local and regional efforts
Contribute to promote the performance and method mindset.
Improve processes, coordinate and drive initiatives to develop, implement and sustain cost reduction improvement, in reference to Sanofi Quality and HSE standards.
Drive and foster innovative organizational changes at Site and Regional level for production and Support Departments. Propose evolutions to reach the best breakthrough processes across the Sites.
Make sure that appropriate performance follow-up tools are implemented and consolidated in reference to corporate standards or to the Site/Regional requirements.
Manage the follow-up of the score card / monthly report and performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination of action plans regarding major deviations on OEE, Productivity, Plant Cycle Time, Yields.
Challenge all investment projects, as part of lean-by-design reviews, as far as performance analysis is concerned.
Increase performance of site equipment through improvement of existing and / or new design of production means.
Promote performance mindset at all levels of the organization through Lean events, standardization and simplification initiatives, collaborators priorities setting up and review, recognition system, learning organization.
Coordinate and lead the means and resources requirement for the optimization of Regional performance.
Promote Regional Lean Roadmap.
Cascade regionally IO Lean Program based on the plants challenges and priorities. Ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adapt action plan accordingly.
Lead multiple breakthrough events
Support setting up and update of the production capacity register.
Propose initiatives to implement successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flows related to equipment.
Understand business and financial impacts of operational and project issues; strategically, tactically and from a broad, conceptual perspective.
Ability to maintain strategic focus in a dynamic environment.
Ability to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining all safety, compliance and “time to market” objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing lean production processes.
Ability to do International travel
