MasterCard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of solutions to financial institutions and non-financial institutions and merchants to help them grow their business profitably. Our issuer value propositions include cardholder benefits and insurances (which protect cardholders and make their day to day lives easier), rewards and card-linked offers platforms and program management capability, and customer service delivery (leveraging our global network of assistance centers). Our merchant solutions enable retailers to attract new customers, cross-sell to existing customers and win back existing customers leveraging spending data and MasterCard€™s network capabilities.

Loyalty Solutions will begin handle travel services for Taiwan to support Travel Loyalty Solution

Servicing clients within the Taiwan region for their travel needs both online and offline

Multi lingual capability €“ Mandarin / English (spoken and written)

Travel accredited

Previous experience in managing and travel business in Taiwan

We are looking for a manager to work across multiple functions with the Loyalty Solutions business across the customer journey


The Travel Manager Taiwan leader for Travel is responsible for the following tasks:

Local implementation of all aspects of customer service and operations for Travel Loyalty Solutions.

Management of team members

Manage vendor relations as required

Issuer and Vendor escalation management across the region as required

Problem solving and complaint resolution of high value card holders

Contract and source key deals in market

Reporting on Service Levels and dashboards for key organizational stakeholders

All About You

Experience in Travel management operations:

Successful completion and awarded certification of a training course (Travel Industry Managerial Training) organized by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau and meets one of the Travel Agency Manager qualification conditions as required by Taiwan Tourism Bureau is mandatory

Experience in operational management in a travel environment

Ability to speak / write and assess Mandarin and English

Strong experience in the travel industry, a strong understanding of all parts of the supply/fulfillment chain

Relevant travel experience in APAC

Strong people management experience

Experience in managing service levels and action / remediation plans

Complaints management and resolution experience

Experience in dealing with Vendors

Understanding of travel system and GDS€™

Expert Ticketing knowledge

Ability to maintain a self-motivated, consistently high level of focus and enthusiasm

Additional desirable capabilities/skills:

Excellent knowledge of loyalty disciplines and solutions

Good knowledge in payment transaction processing and Payment industry
