The Hospitals of Providence THERAPIST-SPEECH in Templeton, California
A Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for the assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, re-assessments, and discharge planning of patients referred for Speech-Language Therapy as well as Swallow Evaluation and treatment. The Speech Pathologist shall be in charge of the Dysphagia treatment program working as a team with all departments. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also participate in program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity improvement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. In addition, the Speech-Language Pathologist shall meet personal accountabilities as defined in the Tenet Target 100 standards of Service, People, Quality, Growth and Cost.
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Education/experience working with adult and geriatric disabled population preferred.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Current California licensure Speech Pathology and Audiology.
Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
