The successful person hired into this role will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing process improvements for advanced node Lithography manufacturing processes. Specific Job Duties: o Perform routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment. o Implement and supporting process improvements, including thorough documentation. o Communicate with other engineers, technicians and manufacturing personnel o Perform change point management task set. o Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate. o Participate in continuous improvement efforts. o Support equipment and process matching projects to support new device vertical ramp o Own a critical module of the process flow: investigate quality issues, improve process margins, and maintain high level of process control o Sustain on-shift engineering activity Location: Austin, TX

Necessary Skills / Attributes

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: o Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. o Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts and tools (JMP, Minitab, Excel or otherwise). o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Positive attitude and work ethic. Education, Training, Certification(s): o 4+ year college engineering degree or other relevant science. o 0-5 years experience in Photolithography Process Engineering or other semiconductor industry experience
