Program Manager, Market Product Management


Loyalty Solutions is a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region. MasterCard Loyalty Solutions has over the last few years acquired capabilities to serve merchants via Pinpoint and Truaxis in Asia Pacific and the US respectively. In Japan, MasterCard Loyalty Solutions is growing quickly and is providing market leading loyalty solutions to several financial and non-financial institutions

This role is Tokyo based, client facing and encompasses end to end loyalty program management

This role requires marketing acumen to offer loyalty solutions to your client with strategic skills set and long term planning

The role has a key focus on account representation on strategic projects to grow the portfolio and profitability

You will be responsible for the end to end implementation of innovative marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and reporting

Marketing experience is required from both ideas, through to the go to market process, understanding ROI and current trends to elevate redemption and customer engagement

This role is requires strong finance management skills for budget management and deliver

Effective communications skills both written and verbally to collaborate with the client and meet their needs

Management flow of work with ensuring disciplined WIP documents and meetings are upheld to deliver


Account Relationship

oLead weekly WIPs

oUndertake Day to day contact with client

oResolve Minor escalation resolution

oManaging internal stakeholders

oBuild trust and mutual respect with all colleagues

oUnderstand of clients goals and how they relate to Loyalty Solutions

oProvide Account representation on key projects

Management & Performance Reporting

oReview trends and providing commentary and insights

oOversee campaign reporting

oContribute to observations and analytics to elevate the account strategy

oUnderstand key Loyalty Metrics


oUnderstanding of financial drivers of the account

oCompile quotes to clients for bespoke requirements

oContributing to forecasting activities

oRaising and managing invoices payments

Distribute marketing & Communications e.g. Customer offer, Content, Creative, Collateral

oUndertake Marketing communications liaison

oProvide strategic marketing recommendations

oDemonstrated experience with marketing and go to market processes.

oExperienced marketing skills to elevate communications visually and through copy

oExperience in A, B testing and recommendations

Issuer & Merchant Business Development

oSeek conversations and product development to enrich the client consumer base and our involvement in the account

oTargeted module enrichment for the client and revenue

Contract management

oUnderstanding of the contract

oExercise the contract SLA and requirements

oDeliver on the contract and raise improvements of interaction

All About You

University education completed. Preference in Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics

MBA Desirable

Demonstrated experienced account management and client facing roles

Significant experience in marketing campaign delivery and management

Involvement on a key project from an account perspective

Demonstrated experience leading a team of people to achieve results

Demonstrated experience in budget management

Demonstrate efficient skills in providing solutions to overcome challenges

International experience in different market segments desirable
