Summary:
Oversee and direct the Risk Management Department functions across Presence Health, such as oversight of the department budget, implentation of risk management policies, procedures and standards, consistent with industry and regulatory standards and development and oversight of the annual Risk Management Department work plan. Implement methods to measure the effectiveness and success of all business unit risk management programs.
Education and Experience:
Seven years experience in progressively more responsible risk management positions, including five years at the management level.
Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing or related field required. Additional graduate education in nursing, business or law is recommended.
