Basic Job Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education, Psychology, Human Performance Technology, or other related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in applying instructional systems design skills to the analysis, design, and/or development of formal education or training programs.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products

U.S. citizenship

Prior experience working with or supporting the Navy or DoD a plus

The ability to obtain a secret clearance a plus

Job Duties:

The candidate will work as a member of a multi-project team that involves various aspects of the instructional design process. Specific duties may include:

Analyzing pre-existing curriculum materials to identify gaps in training and material reuse.

Designing new curriculum, to include Terminal and Enabling Objectives, using learning theories and Instructional Systems Development (ISD) principles, models, and strategies.

Developing and/or revising instructional materials using both AIM LOM and our content authoring tool.

Implementing pilot curriculum materials for client review.

Evaluating pilot curriculum materials to determine if students achieved desired learning outcomes.

Interacting frequently with team members and clients in an effective and tactful manner.

Multi-tasking across several different projects.
