Riverside Community Care Assistant Program Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts

In collaboration with the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
Work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training and community outings for individuals.
Comprehensive orientation and training is provided.
Schedule: Sunday 7-3, Monday Tuesday Wednesday 1-9, Thursday 10-6
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Valid driver's license required Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with at least one year in residential services preferred
