The Project Supervisor will support the NSS-EOUSA PAE team under GSA and all other contract vehicles under the direction of the NSS-EOUSA Program Manager/Division Contract Director.
Responsibilities include assisting with proposal preparation and submission, reviewing client invoices and cost projections, subcontractor invoices and accruals.
Reviews all time cards for compliance, tracks overtime requests/approvals and provides counsel and direction as necessary.
Helps pre-screen candidates for employment, makes recommendations, tracks submissions and responses for Recruiting.
Maintains a detailed master list of employees, subcontractors, points of contact and budget officers.
Supervises and directs Task Supervisor, Paralegals, Document Management Analysts, Document Management Technicians, and all other PAE employees assigned to the NSS-EOUSA.
Troubleshoots issues as assigned; performs quality control to ensure that all work product is of the highest quality and meets contract requirements.
Organizes contracts, contract modifications and works with PAE Contracts to address Periods of Performance.
Keeps abreast of changes in requirements for personnel and/or funding.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance to include an extensive background investigation.
At least three (3) years of progressively more responsible experience.
Desired candidate will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, supervisory or management experience, knowledge of basic accounting and/or mathematics principles, aptitude for human resources management, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Must be able to take instruction in a positive manner.
Training specifically relating to the NSS-EOUSA business and government contracting will be provided.
The candidate must have the ability to professionally interact with all staff and to represent PAE in face-to-face meetings with clients and with PAE management.
- Graduate degree preferred.
