Systems Analyst

This position will work with PAE project management and IT staff to support the following phases of the eDiscovery process:

  • Collection

  • Data processing

  • Data hosting

  • Document review

  • Production.

  • Provide technical support to Project Managers, Government Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Case Managers, Government Attorneys and Case Team as needed.

  • Manage Concordance; including loading data, searching, drafting CPL, creating search term hit count reports, reporting on hosting metrics, exporting natives and images for production.

  • Support iCONECT; including loading data, searching, drafting iLETs, creating search term hit count reports, reporting on hosting metrics, exporting natives and images for production.

  • Supporting Relativity; including creating saved searches, creating tagging layouts, composing Search Term Report (STR) scripts, applying persistent highlighting, performing tag conflict checks, imaging files using Relativity Native Imager.

  • Communicate with Project Managers and other staff regarding work order due dates and requirements.

  • QC production deliverables.

  • Assist in re-engineering eDiscovery workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Recommend and implement changes to documentation, training materials and SOP’s.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and answer questions from staff and clients.

  • Possess the ability to learn new software tools and teach others.


  • Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field.

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in an eDiscovery position.

  • 3+ years of in-depth experience using Relativity and iCONECT and Concordance is required.

  • RCA certification and other eDiscovery certifications desired.

  • Use of analytics in Relativity including structured and conceptual analytics helpful.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Need to be proactive, organized and detail oriented.

  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
