Bayer Deputy Director, IUD Account Marketing in Whippany, NJ, New Jersey
Your tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
• Develop innovative strategies and programs for IUD account customers, hospitals, super groups, etc. leading to growth in sales or improved profitability. • Create, lead, and implement innovative programs improving customer experience across the IUD portfolio together with brand teams, managed markets, and sales. • Work with contract strategy group to develop and implement innovating growth and value generating concepts across account spectrum. • Serve as conduit for brand teams with managed markets organization activities in regards to IUD distribution and affiliated partners. • Represent IUD brands in managing complex contracts, coordinate information flow, ensure accurate data tracking, account invoicing and chargeback assessment with distributors. • Implement brand level initiatives and policies with distribution partners including value strategies, account level communication and outreach. • Address issues among and between distributors and customers together with sales operations and managed markets. • Lead multifunctional teams in defining strategy and creating implementation plans. • Lead multifunctional team on approach to develop tools that meet the needs of large customer groups/accounts. • Lead multifunctional team on strategic approach to collaboration with equipment manufacturer. • Drive key projects within Business Unit.

• B.A./B.S. required; M.B.A. highly preferred. • 5 years of experience developing and implementing innovative strategies in a complex matrix organization. • 5 years of experience in external stakeholder/partner engagement, including senior executives and management. • Strong ability to operate within cross-functional team. • Analytical orientation. • Previous experience with distribution networks.
