Your tasks and responsibilities
Purpose:The Manager, Marketing Program Management is responsible for managing the Dermatology’s Concierge Program. The scope of responsibilities encompassing four major work flows for the Dermatology Marketing team: 1) Marketing Communications 2) Brand Execution 3) Veeva 4) Rosacea Concierge Detailed tasks within the four major workflows are: •MarComm -Manage the LMR process for all of Dermatology: Marketing, Sales Training, Managed Markets and Market Research -Maximizes LMR meeting outcomes by meeting and building relationships with LMR members on an individual and group basis -Keep the lines of communication constantly open between LMR members and the brand team to create an integrated team working together for the business. -Submit all items to OPDP before date of first use -Manage all marketing materials in Via to reach Sales Consultants •Brand Execution -Drive all the promotional initiatives and effectively manage all outside vendor partners (digital, media, PR, web and HCP marketing) to deliver initiatives that are aligned with the brand and company strategic objectives -Day-to-day agency management – run all status meetings and develop, review and approve tactics to support the strategies laid out in the Brand Plans -Act as the “hub” for Dermatology Marketing and collaborate with cross functional partners (Sales, Managed Markets, Consumer Care and LMR) to align and achieve the strategic objectives of the brands. -Manage all tactics (journal ads, CLM, website content, all salesforce materials) along the timeline to ensure that delivery dates are met -Act as the Liaison between Marketing (home office) and Sales Force. Communicate new tactics as they tie into the brand strategies to the Sales Force and how they will use them with their customers •Veeva -Routing all Marketing/Sales Training/Managed Markets and Market Research pieces through Veeva -Member of the Bayer LMR Change Control Committee -Member of the Pharma LMR Audit and Compliance Team (ACT) -Member of the CH LMR Operational Oversight Committee (OOC) •Rosacea Concierge -Develop a detailed, strategic (segmented messaging) month-by-month member outreach plan for RC for to senior management -Define all tactics for the program and work with the agency to develop content -Review, comment on and approve all content to be used (e-blasts, mailers, etc.) in member outreach -Constantly evaluate and redefine program tactics in order to help increase overall refill rate of members in the program and grow program membership to 100,000 members -Manage relationship with Archer Healthcare – run weekly status calls, evaluate program on a monthly basis and conduct business reviews -Manage all member communications

More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Graphic Designs Experience: Minimum 10 years work experience in Marketing and/or Sales. Two to five years’ experience as a marketing communication coordinator with three to five (3-5) years of agency experience preferred. Experience in Marketing Management in Healthcare preferred. Requires skills in Project Management. Demonstrated ability in strong interpersonal and influence, effectively communications across multiple stakeholder groups internally and externally, diplomacy and priority management. Must be an entrepreneurial type who possesses strategic and practical skills in the area of marketing communications, interactive media, and web management and graphic design and site navigation. Familiarity with technology applications preferred but not required.
