Overall purpose of role Key responsibilities include setting program direction, P&L, product, relationship, marketing, and managing the segment team with oversight of the global relationship. Business impact includes driving growth and strategic direction of this partnership; P&L and balance sheet responsibility; mobile commerce; forecasting and budgeting for the partnership.
Key Accountabilities •Achieving growth objectives while maintaining acceptable returns •Maintain and develop strong partner relationships •Leads work-streams for renewal decisions and discussions •Drive strategy that ensures continual innovation and improvement to current products and procedures •Drives strategic and business direction for the segment or industry vertical •Identifies internal and external risks and drives development of proactive and response strategies: creates and/or engages cross functional teams to implement •Provides direction and approval for program optimization and turnaround strategies •Motivate and lead organization to fulfill strategic direction •Lead Portfolio initiatives – Retention, Activation, and Usage •Act as liaison with credit card networks (Visa/MasterCard) •Hiring and developing superior staff. Responsible for team building for individual team, department wide, and across departments •Provides senior leadership presence for meetings and acts as key escalation contact •Drives strategies to be presented; supports team members in defining, finalizing, presenting, and gaining consensus on strategies
Stakeholder Management and Leadership Key stakeholders include the partner, the partnership leadership team, marketing, finance, O&T, customer experience, and customer care. Significant cross-functional work, collaborating with the organization to gain alignment on product strategies on how to optimize our relationship.
Decision-making and Problem Solving Role involves being the central point for critical decisions impacting the partner program. Expectation for strong problem solving skills working with other key stakeholders to deliver value for the Bank and the partner.

- 10 years of business experience preferably in financially oriented consumer market
