Overall purpose of role:Implement Key management governance and oversight processes to ensure TSYS KEY management practices encompass all key risks and that control gaps are identified and escalated.

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

o Key specific accountabilities.//

o Ensure robust operational management and control oversight of the TSYS Card KEY inventory.//

o Develop a key rotation schedule compliant with Barclays policy and manage all change related to TSYS card KEYs

o Responsible for maintaining KEY Inventory; including change updates and distribution to Cryptography team stakeholders

o Expand existing processes to ensure all key risks are addressed including documented policy for updating and auditing the KEY Inventory

o Knowledge of cryptography including encryption methods, strengths and general understanding of card keys (CVK, PIN, MDK).

o Stakeholder management and leadership.//

o Build relationships with key business owners in order to facilitate effective project implementations

o Participation in KEY management working groups and effectively managing deliverables that arise from the Cryptography team.

o Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders//

o Decision making and problem solving.

o Ensure all governance processes are followed and procedures are updated in accordance to governance guidelines.

o Analyze existing key inventory and make recommendations for process improvements where appropriate

Basic Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Credit Card industry

o 2 years’ experience in project management

o 1 years’ working in Microsoft Applications(excel and word)

Preferred Qualifications

o Proven interpersonal and leadership skills

o Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills

o Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
