Riverside Community Care Assistant Site Supervisor in Woburn, Massachusetts

Job Description

Excellent opportunity to work in a management role while making a difference in the lives of others. In collaboration with the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a group home for adults with traumatic brain injury. Work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training and community outings for individuals. Comprehensive orientation and training is provided.

Schedule (Tuesday 1-9, Wend 10-6, Thursand-Friday 1-9 Sat 9-5)

Required Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Valid driver's license required.

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with at least one year in residential services preferred.
