Our client in Woonsocket, RI is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for a long term contract assignment. This position provides administrative support for corporate executives and will include tasks such as drafting and editing documents, maintaining phone lines, managing incoming/outgoing mail, organizing meetings and conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements. This position will start immediately and last until January 2017. The hourly pay rate will range from $24.00-27.00/hr based on experience and the required work hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities:

-Schedule and coordinate on-site and conference call meetings

-Prepare and edit documents and presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency of content/style

-Order supplies

-Prepare expense reports and process invoices

-Answer phones

-Travel coordination

-Serve as a backup to other administrative personnel

-Assist others to utilize corporate communication systems

-Coordinate projects delegated to the area

-Establish and/or maintain filing system

-Develop and/or maintain databases/spreadsheets for department

-Budget reconciliation, tracking, issue resolution, and update as requested

-Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00pm


Skills and Qualifications:

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, with highest proficiency in Outlook and Excel

-8+ years of administrative assistant support to executive management

-Able to multi-task, manage time and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment

-Excellent judgment and tact; able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate trustworthiness and discretion

-Applicant should have proven experience managing administrative support for an organization including project management, budget planning and expense tracking, expense report processing, presentation preparation, maintenance of supplies, travel coordination, meeting room/conference call set up, managing confidential information, and general on-site support.
