In addition we have approvals and accreditations from the states of Florida, Maryland, New York, and New Jersey. Our extensive test menu is entirely focused on oncology and provides insights and clarity to inform and guide personalized cancer treatment through the use of our core labs in: Flow Cytometry, Molecular Diagnostics, Microarrays, Immunohistochemistry, Anatomical Pathology and Cytogenetics. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be leading the corporate FPandA efforts and will be spear-heading the Companyandrsquo;s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, revenue and accounts receivable analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the entire company to provide insights and support andlsquo;optimalandrsquo; business decision making. The position is an independent role that reports to the Chief Executive/Operating/Accounting officers.Position Responsibilities:Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, accounts receivable, cost of sales, expenses, EBIDA and capital expendituresMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceOversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling toolsAd-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisQuarterly and Monthly Financial reportsImplement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports in Intact accounting systemImprove performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projectsDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesAnalyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesSupporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysisPrepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management TeamQualifications: Bachelorand#39;s Degree in Accounting or Finance; 3+ yearsandrsquo; experience in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis; biopharma (laboratory) industry preferredStrong leadership skills and organization are required. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
