Role Overview:

What will your next job look like? Will it provide operational infrastructure support across multiple functions or within a particular workgroup? Will it be responsible of ownership transfers, warranty corrections, and be aligned on the way Dell does business?.

If this is the job you dreamed of…then an Analyst for Business Operations at Dell might be perfect for you. In this role, you will be resident problem-solver, providing front-line support for all of Dell´s Technical Support, Customer Care and Sales.

You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions. You can be a hero by being the first person to help our technicians solve our customers IT issues within ownership transfers, warranty extensions and anything that involves fixing tags, orders and entitlements.


  • Provides operational support through varied informational processing activities that supports a specific business need (Processing requests of whole units replacements for in-warranty systems for NA,LATAM and Global )

  • Researches and obtains specific information requested by group supported.

  • Administers programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit served.

  • Serves as a liaison with others within and outside the company.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.

  • Bilingual is a MUST (English and Spanish) written and spoken.

  • Excel Knowledge

  • Computer Skills

  • Awareness of Dell Processes and Policies (Internal Only)


  • Portuguese

  • ITIL Certification is a plus

  • Excel Certification is a plus

  • Call Center Experience
