Posting Address St Louis, MO Position Overview The Regional Specifications Manager reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. The scope of his/her responsibilities will include Killark, Hawke, RigPower and Vantage products. Position Responsibilities * Account responsibility directed at medium to large electrical consulting engineering firms, owners and architectural firms. * Proficient at following the construction / project tracking cycle. * Target Commercial and Industrial accounts to generate specifications that lead to project orders. * Write District / Regional and National specifications for all HHCL products with a focus on Killark, Hawke, RigPower and Vantage. * Coordinate Project opportunities with the local MREP's and FSR's. * Conduct training seminars at target specifying engineering and architectural firms. * Strategic interaction with target electrical contractors and Killark distributors involved in the project cycle. * Maintain account contact database and organizational charts on key accounts Electronic TMS/CRM, project tracking, spec share * Communicate through the Regional Manager on project opportunities, results and issues. * In conjunction with the Regional Manager initiate and develop annual sales plans to achieve District, Regional and National objectives. * Communicate with Marketing on new products and sales tools to better penetrate the industrial and commercial markets. Skills and Experience * Bachelor Degree with at least 6 years Industry experience. * Candidate must have intimate knowledge of the Electrical Specification market and be fully computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
